Een conventionele\u00a0diffractieve lens\u00a0gebruikt ringen in een regelmatig patroon met\u00a0scherpe veranderingen\u00a0in de kromming. Dit maakt een hoge additie mogelijk, maar veroorzaakt ook\u00a0<strong>meer verstrooid licht<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bij ELON zijn de\u00a0<strong>oppervlakteveranderingen<\/strong>\u00a0daarentegen\u00a0<strong>zeer subtiel<\/strong>, waardoor pati\u00ebnten\u00a0<strong>zelden hinderlijke dysfotopsie\u00ebn<\/strong>\u00a0ervaren. Ook hier verwijzen we graag naar de nodige klinische referenties om dit te staven:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In de studie van Jan\u010d\u00e1rov\u00e1 et al. (Czech and Slovak Ophthalmology, 2025)<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0rapporteerde\u00a0<strong>geen enkele pati\u00ebnt<\/strong>\u00a0hinderlijke\u00a0<strong>dysfotopsie<\/strong>\u00a0na implantatie van de torische ELON-lens.<\/li>\n<li>In de studie van Fernandez et al.
