\nComment d\u00e9cririez-vous le syst\u00e8me Avansee?
\n<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0Un syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9charg\u00e9<\/strong> tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9 mais facile \u00e0 manipuler avec lequel on peut injecter facilement l\u2019implant et de mani\u00e8re reproductible. Etant donn\u00e9 que les haptiques ne collent pas<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019optique, elles se d\u00e9ploient <\/strong>tr\u00e8s facilement<\/strong>. Ces derni\u00e8res assurent \u00e9galement un bon contact avec l’\u00e9quateur ce qui permet de bien centrer l\u2019implant<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Dans quel mesure le mat\u00e9riel utilis\u00e9 correspond t\u2019-il \u00e0 vos exigences?<\/strong>
\n\u00ab\u00a0Le mat\u00e9riel acrylique hydrophobe <\/strong>se d\u00e9ploie <\/strong>tr\u00e8s facilement dans l’\u0153il car moins rigide et \u00abcollant\u00bb que d’autres IOL hydrophobes similaires sur le march\u00e9. De plus en termes de glistenings <\/strong>et d\u2019opacification <\/strong>cette lentille pr\u00e9sente d’excellents r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 d’autres IOL<\/strong> (Prof. G. Auffarth Eurotimes 09\/2016).\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

L’injecteur est-il facile \u00e0 utiliser?<\/strong>
\n\u00ab\u00a0L’injecteur <\/strong>est tr\u00e8s facile<\/strong> \u00e0 utiliser pour l\u2019ensemble des membres du bloc op\u00e9ratoire. L’implantation de la lentille se fait de fa\u00e7on rapide et de mani\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, les haptiques se d\u00e9ployant sans effort. De plus, nous ne trouvons pas de traces<\/strong> de rayures<\/strong>, qui potentiellement peuvent parfois appara\u00eetre dans les syst\u00e8mes pr\u00e9charg\u00e9s hydrophobes<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

\nThe Avansee Preload1P is aimed at all ophthalmology surgeons who are looking for a 1 piece, aspheric, hydrophobic, monofocal<\/strong> lens that is fully preloaded<\/strong> in a light-weight injector<\/strong> and that offers optimum visual acuity<\/strong> with minimal post-operative complications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How does it compare to other products on the market?<\/strong>
\nThe advanced design of the plunger includes a unique head shape which stabilises the lens attitude and movement during insertion ensuring accurate lens placement<\/strong> every time.<\/p>\n

This 1-piece IOL<\/strong> is glistening-free<\/strong> and its lens material<\/strong> has the lowest glistening severity code possible<\/strong> (0) in European laboratory studies1. It has a 360 degree square edge that extends around the lens to the optic-haptic junction, as well as unique haptics which maintain space and aid adhesion between the anterior and posterior capsules ensuring it has a low PCO rate2,3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
